You will need, based on a liter jar:
- As many tomatoes as will fit in the jar;
- Tomato juice – 1/2 liter;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tsp;
- Bay leaf – 1 piece;

- Allspice – 3 pcs.
