The third pubescent hybrid 'Algol F1' is indeterminate (non-terminating), early ripening. We planted it in a large greenhouse. The first tomato was picked 99 days after germination. We weighed it, it turned out to be 160 g. The color of the fruit is beautiful, soft crimson, and the pubescence gives it a silvery “frosty” shine.

- We observed, and it became clear that the pubescence on the stems and leaves prevented insects from penetrating the delicate tissues of the plants. We didn’t have to “give” part of the harvest to pests, and we got the entire harvest. And the delicate fluff on the fruits gave an amazing charm to the plant - both benefits and beauty!

These are early ripening determinate hybrids. We tasted the first fruits 95 days after the seeds sprouted.
- The bushes are compact, 80–90 cm high. We formed them into 4 stems.
- 4 plants were planted per 1 m².
- Weight 120–150 g , round shape. Only the color of one hybrid is bright red, and the other is pink. The silvery pubescence on the pink reminded us of our beautiful Siberian winter dawns.
- From the Red Fluffy F1 we collected 15 kg per 1 m², and the Pink Fluffy F1 was even more productive - 18–20 kg per 1 m².

The third hybrid Algol F1 is indeterminate, early ripening. We planted it in a large greenhouse.

Tomato bushes with the unusual name Fluffy red or pink are compact. The height in the greenhouse is up to 90 cm, in the garden 70 cm. The stem is strong with moderate foliage, the shoots are elastic and form well. The entire bush is covered with villi.
Leaf blade up to 25 cm, width about 20 cm. Combined inflorescences: simple and semi-complex. The first cluster, with up to 7 fruits, appears above the 7th or 9th leaf. The next after 2 - 3 sheets. The length of the fruit branch is about 17 cm.
The fruits themselves are round in shape, elastic, also with fluff, like an apricot or peach. Unripe tomatoes are pale green in color. Ripe fruits are pink or bright red, depending on the specific variety.
For reference! When eaten, the villi do not cause discomfort and do not affect the taste.
From the characteristics of the fruit it follows that inside there are five well-filled chambers with a small number of seeds. The pulp is fleshy, juicy, beautiful, aromatic, pink in color. The taste is sweet with a sour note.
Caring for tomatoes in a greenhouse
Planting tomatoes in a permanent location is determined taking into account the climate of the region. In the middle zone, tomatoes can be planted under shelters already at the beginning of May, while in Siberia or the North-West the usual time is the beginning of June.
The beds are prepared in advance; they dig and apply fertilizers in the fall. In the spring, all that remains is to add ash, dig up the soil again and make holes. Planting scheme – no more than 4 plants per 1 sq. meter.
The Pink Furry Boar variety is a tall tomato, so you need to think about what supports to make for the plants. With the trellis method, side supports are installed in the greenhouse and wire or ropes are pulled. In other cases, stakes and cotton ribbons are prepared for tying bushes.
IMPORTANT! Do not use twine or wire with stakes, as they may cut into plant stems.
After planting, the seedlings are not watered for 5-7 days. This is done for good and active growth of the root system, which will have a positive effect on plant health in the future.

- complex fertilizers (nitrophoska);
- potassium sulfate, superphosphate, ash, sodium humate.
A complete and balanced diet is the guarantee that the fruits will ripen faster, have a good taste, and the yield of the variety will be higher.
ON A NOTE! In the first half of the growing season, tomatoes need nitrogen fertilizers; in the second half, it is recommended to give preference to potassium and phosphorus fertilizers, which are necessary for the normal formation and growth of fruits.
Also effective techniques are spraying tomatoes with compounds containing boric acid, iodine, yeast infusions, and urea. But when applying any fertilizing, you must remember the fertilizer rate and strictly adhere to all doses.
The usual option for growing the Pink Furry Boar variety is to form it into two stems, although some gardeners even leave three stems. In order to avoid thickening of plantings, follow the planting scheme, and also use the trellis method. In this case, all tomato bushes receive the required portion of lighting, and it is much more convenient to collect fruits.
